Enter your login credentials for phone number (trunk number) and password Note: If you don't have this information with you, please send an email to support to request for this.
Click 'Login' button
As soon as you login, you will see a page as shown below:
Click on 'Forwarding' button
Tick the box for 'Forward calls to my PBX immediately'
Enter the phone number for the 'Forward calls to' field

Click 'Login' button
As soon as you login, you will see a page as shown below:
Click on 'Direct Dialing' button under 'Your Services' section
Select a phone number in the 'Lines in range' dropdown list
The phone number will reappear below and will give you option to do something to it.
Click on 'Actions' dropdown list and select 'View Individual Settings'
A new window will appear, click on 'Go to Call Manager' button
In the next page, click on 'Forwarding' button
Tick the box for 'Forward calls immediately'
And Enter the destination phone number for 'Forward calls to' field
